Halloween Rally
Saturday evening, October 27, 2001
Starting at the Kensico Dam Plaza, Valhalla, N.Y.
| The Halloween Rally: | will be a low pressure timed rally (mostly) in Westchester County. Entrants should have a light for reading route intstructions, a watch, paper and pen or pencil as well as something to write on (such as a clip board). A four function calculator may be helpful. NO AUXILIARY LIGHTS ABOVE HEADLIGHT LEVEL WILL BE NEEDED OR ALLOWED. (NOTE THAT NEW YORK STATE LAW PROHIBITS SUCH LIGHTS.) There will be no alcoholic beverages allowed before or during the rally. MORE THAN TWO PEOPLE IN A CAR WILL BE APPROPRIATELY PENALIZED. |
| The Start: | will be from Kensico Dam Plaza parking lot just off the Bronx River Parkway in Valhalla, N.Y. (also easily accessible from Route 22) |
| The Finish Meeting: | will be at Applebee's Restaurant, 185 North Bedford Road, Mt. Kisco, NY 10549. Phone #: 914-241-6700 |
| Registration: | opens at 5:00 PM and continues to 6:45 PM There will be a drivers meeting at approximately 6:30 PM. Cars will be send off at 7:00 PM + the car number in minutes (ie car 75 leaves at 7:00 PM + 75 minutes or 8:15 PM). |
| Entry Fee: | $20 for Non-members and $15 for WSCC members. |
| Trophies: |
awarded to
the top 10%, plus a LADIES AWARD and HUSBAND AND WIFE
AWARD to qualifying teams outsite the top 10%. DASH
PLAQUES to all entrants. |
